Sweetest Goodbye

Been very busy packing my things. Finally, I will go back to my hometown in Cebu for good. For almost 3 years of roller coaster ride, trials and tragedies that I've experienced in my stay here in Manila, I can say that it taught me a lot of things and most especially, I learned how to be independent. I came here without someone to rely on, no relatives nor friends. I started from scratch, from renting to commuting. It was one heck of a torture at first but as time goes by I was able to adapt to my present environment. And so, since few days from now, it'll be my flight back to Cebu, I pray for a safe trip, happiness and a thankful heart that somehow I was able to survive the hustle bustle streets of Manila and how it feels to be a ManileƱo for once. As for my Manila readers, I wish you luck and prayers for your safety. Till we meet again!

City of Golden Friendship

Went to visit my grandparents in Cagayan De Oro city or otherwise known as City of Golden Friendship. It's been 8 years since the last time I visited my grandparents there and my cousins. A lot has changed and together with me is my mom and my baby Luke. Wasn't able to have decent outfit shots since the clothes that I packed were comfortable and too plain jane since my grandparents are conservative type. They even told me my shorts is too short but I just said this is fashion nowadays. Well, they just couldn't agree with me. Anyways, stayed there for 5 days and toured around the city (no pics around the city 'coz I left my camera at home.). Hope I can visit there more often. How about you guys? Have you been there? I love to listen to your stories!

Online buying

Lately, due to a very hectic schedule I never had a chance to go shopping. Aside from the fact that I am particularly saving my salary because I will be resigning anytime soon and it's because I'm saving for something big for the reason that me and my mom planned to go to Singapore probably by August. After resigning, I never have plans of working right away. I first want to just sit back and relax and just maybe do online business. And speaking of online business, you know how every fashion blogger especially here in the Philippines are into online shopping? Yes, you saw it right, every fashion blogger in the Philippines are recently purchasing some of their fashion clothing and accessories through online. I tried it too many times and I tell you it's very addicting. I can't help but click the buy now or add to your cart buttons. I admit I am such an impulsive buyer especially when I totally love the item that I literally can't sleep without buying it (exaggerated) LOL.  And so, a while ago, since too much Facebook is boring already, I decided to go visit some legit online shops and I came across Zalora and Chicify.

It's not my first time to hear these two sites and I could no longer count as to how many times I've visited their sites. I haven't purchased anything though, not yet but I planned of buying soon. For now, I'm still thinking of what to buy. These two sites were mentioned by some local fashion bloggers that I religiously follow like Pax of  Drowning Equilibrium, Vern of A Shoe Tale, Ava of Artsy Farty Ava  and some of the known local bloggers. You see, they had posted about the items that they purchased at these sites and I even saw one blogger who attended an event which is the launching of Zalora, I'm not sure if it was launching or just an invitation and I can't even remember who that blogger is.

Anyway, like what I said, I might purchase an item from those sites soon but as of now, I am happy with Multiply Marketplace, eBay and Facebook (yes, some entrepreneurs are selling their items via Facebook). Thank GOD with advanced technology! Yey!

PS: Just bought 2 new skirts. Will post about it soon. =) Excited!

Curious? Feel free to visit these sites:

First day high

Whoa! It's kinda weird upon writing this post I'm totally in a writer's block. I don't know what to say and I don't know what to type. I felt like a newbie again in this blogging thingy. Now I realized, it's been ages, days, weeks and months have passed by since the last time I updated a blog post. Phew! Feeling quite uneasy. Anyways, been very busy with training the new batch of trainees and this time, a bit too many of trainees that I'm currently handling and no PC's for them. #Boo! As always, for me, first impression lasts. As a trainer I have to dressed up  because I have to face them and everything that I wear will always reflect to me. So I always wear something casual yet decent outfit. At first, wore this without the blazer but then I realized, I'm showing too much skin so I decided to wear my blazer to look a bit formal/casual. First day never fails to excite me. =)

Heels: Ferretti, Dress: bought in Korea, Blazer: thrifted, accessories: Accessorize and Girl shoppe
